REFUND POLICY – Heilsumeistaraskólinn ehf.

1. All monies are refunded if Heilsumeistaraskólinn ehf. (hereafter HMS) does not accept the application.

2. If a student chooses to withdraw from HMS he/she is required to send a mailed, signed letter. The date of actual resignation is the day the signed letter is received.

3. All monies will be refunded if applicant withdraws application within 3 business days from HMS having received application.

4. After 3 business days, 5.000 kr of all monies received is non-refundable.

5. After having received any one or more of the following: Self-Healing consultation, iris photograph and the Self-Healing program, an additional 37.2000 kr, total 42.500 kr, of all monies is non-refundable. (Naturopathic products and other services for the Self-Healing module are purchased separately and are not included in the school fee.)

6. After August 1st 194.100 kr is non-refundable.

7. All school years officially begin August 1st. School years 1 and 2 end July 31st. School year 3 ends when the Retreat module is completed (see study plan).

8. Year 1: Resignation received before November 15 will result in a refund for any balance after all non-refundable payments are deducted. No refunds are given after 6 weeks before a module begins. Each module started is non-refundable. Each Student Gathering whether attended or non-attended is non-refundable. After November 15 no refund is given and the student is responsible for and agrees to pay the year in full.

Year 2 and year 3: No refund is given once the school year is started on August 1.

9. The modules are priced as follows:

10. The Home Studies are non-refundable after the student has received the Home Study Course Books each year. This applies also if student resigns or is dismissed. The Home Studies are: Master Iridology and the Foundation of Natural Medicine (year 1), Master Herbalist (year 2) and Naturopath (year 3). Students may apply to purchase all three years of the Home Studies Course Books in advance if they wish to do so and in this case all study materials received are non-refundable.

11. Refunds and dismissal completion will be made within 30 days of HMS receiving the written signed letter of withdrawal.

12. A student may be dismissed at the discretion of HMS Directors for insufficient progress, disrespectful behavior, substance abuse, non-payment or failure to meet HMS's standards. In case of dismissal the same refund policy as above applies.

Disclaimer: HMS reserves the right to change the study program, class dates, tuition, fees and/or to cancel the study program.
